Self Assessing Your Hip Mobility With Hip CARs

CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations) are not only a way to bring awareness to your joint tissues, maintain range of motion and health, but they can also be used as an assessment tool.

I prescribe CARs for all of my clients.

Doing them is a great starting point. You can gain a lot from simply trying to do them to the best of your understanding. Understanding how to use them in your daily routine as well as learning how to glean information from them is where the money is at.
