January Mobility Snack: Hip Flexion

Basic Hip Flexor Mobility and Strength

Hip Flexor Strength is an often overlooked training input. We tend to stretch them a lot, but we don’t often consider Strengthening them at their shortened range.

Being strong at the shortened range of Hip Flexion is an important part of things like Squat Depth and High Step Up.

This snack starts by training the fundamental joint motion of rotation and then follows with the linear flexor strength.
