Your hips are so important for all the things that you do. These setups are some great setups that I’ve used for myself and for my clients. I think you’ll benefit tremendously from this mobility snack as a stand alone snack, in pieces or as a part of a build up to a cross box step up.

Remember that your joint mobility is the soil from which everything movement grows. Enrich your soil and give your body what it needs to do more than survive. Give your body what it needs to thrive!
