It’s been a minute since I’ve put a mobility snack together. Things have been hectic and crazy around home. Our little boy is 4 week old today and it’s taken some adjusting to schedules.
One of the things I’ve done this new year is began to try and figure out how to film more from home so that I don’t have to book time on the weekends at the clinic. I think the garden is a nice atmosphere, but what’s crazy is that despite the cool climate of San Francisco, my garden gets hot as hell. This is something I never realized until i began working out there. I can be looking at fog and need a hoodie in the front of my house and go out back and be in a T shirt. It’s like the space between houses traps heat.
Anyhow, this simple mobility snack begins with some rotational inputs, followed by a couple of linear inputs for knee flexion.
We wrap it all up with a little look at my Broccoli and Brussel Sprouts, along with a visit from a cat named Turbo who’s become friends with me and made my yard his second home.
Enjoy and please leave a comment and share with someone who needs more knee stuff in their life.
