There are a variety of ways we can look at hip mobility training within different contexts. Often times what I find is that many people don’t consider the physical requirements for the activities that they enjoy doing.
If we take a step back and try and look at our limitations as they relate to the things we love doing, we can start to specifically address them. When we address them specifically, we can improve the outcomes of those activities. Those outcomes could be adding more muscle, completing the task more efficiently or being able to reap whatever benefits of fitting a specific shape.
Create and cultivate an environment for better movement outcomes by building a better foundation.
