Yoga is NOT the Answer For Sports Performance
How athletes have been mislead by a narrative that Yoga will prevent or mitigate injury.
I want to begin this by stating that in no way is this meant to be anti-Yoga. I am not writing this with the intent of discouraging you from doing Yoga if that is what you enjoy. And if you are a practitioner or teacher, I suggest that you sit aside your ego for a moment and take a moment to open your mind to something outside of your vocation.
