Awareness begins through assessment and finding your Point A. Once you know where you can move and where you can’t move, you can begin to train specifically.
Your program should focus on trying to improve your body. If you don’t know where you’re at, how do you know where you’re going?
So starting by assessing the spine is key to beginning to improve it.
