As we exit the month of November and enter the last month of 2023 I wanted to share a new monthly mobility snack with you. It’s quite short and simple. The video is 7 minutes long and just walks you through a very short intro to Shoulder External Rotation training.
This snack can be placed at the beginning of a training session for things like Rows, Pull Downs or even Pull Ups and Overhead Press. All of these movements require shoulder motions that could benefit from some External Rotation of your shoulder joint.
