Internal Rotation of your shoulder joint is a very important joint quality. Rotation is the fundamental movement of the joint and often times we wait until we are injured to start addressing rotation when we should’ve been addressing it all along.
Shoulder Internal and External Rotation are fundamental aspects of shoulder movement and we can affect the tissue quality by gaining more access to rotational tissue. If we have access to the tissue, we can train it and strengthen it.
