Although my space is about Fitness & Health, a key component of this is not just internal, but how our health, or lack thereof shows up to our broader community at large.
This is MY personal platform and I have worked hard to cultivate an environment that not only speaks my truths, but represents the complexities of ALL that I am as a person.
Just because it's public facing does not guarantee you any "rights" within it, or the right to be here, or remain here taking in this educational content.
First things first, we don't subscribe to the the values passed down through systemic White Supremacy.
Also, this community is actively working on being a space for inclusivity for ALL Marginalized groups.
We are Anti-Racist here, which means we're actively taking part in the process of decolonizing and dismantling those behaviors within this Fitness, Health & Wellness space, as well as the spaces we live/work within.
IF you aren't down with that cause then this may not be the educational space for you.
There are an excessive amount of very comfortable and unseasoned spaces you can go dwell within.

I acknowledge that I am not perfect and continue to be a work in progress in many ways.
However we will not tolerate comments that attack marginalized communities and/or systemically oppressed communities, nor will we welcome people who support and back oppressors and oppressive behaviors.

The Focus of this page is mainly Mobility Training as it pertains to overall Strength & Conditioning/ Personal Health.

Two of the main objectives of this page is to inform you as a consumer and help elevate trainers/coaches beyond the superficialities of gimmick behavior.
As a consumer, learning about your body is important. Learning what quality coaching is, is important. Being able to advocate for yourself is important. That comes from education.
As a coach, the integrity of your coaching is important to your business growth. Doing flashy (often obnoxious) stuff online is attention grabbing, but your long term value is in helping the people you work with.
